Full Automatic Pusher Furnace

Performance & Characteristics:
- The equipment consists of furnace body, feeding boat pushing device, and temperature control system.
- Heating elements distribute on upper and lower of the furnace chamber, easy to install and repair.
- Temperature system consists of thermocouple, and digital-display PID controller and thyristor, to form the close-loop control system for automatic precise temperature control.
- Pusher rod composed by one main pusher and three vice pushers, acting respectively to program set, to achieve the feeding boat cycling inside and outside the furnace.
- Flow of the protect atmosphere is displayed on the flow meter, which can be adjusted to technique.
- Cooling water temperature can be controlled automatically by electromagnetic valve.
- Furnace body consists of three -zone preheating section, three-zone sintering section and cooling section. Heating section has totally 6 temperature zones.
- Heat preservation materials adopt high quality and high temperature fiber blanket, with good heat preservation and small shell temperature rising.
- Preheating section uses heat resistant metal furnace chamber (muffle), sintering section uses silicon carbide rod, and furnace shell sealed up.
- Electric heater is located on upper and lower of muffle, easy to repair and replace. Flow of protect atmospheres can be adjusted manually.
- Furnace temperature control adopts imported P.I.D intelligent instrument, to control the heating power by zero-crossing or phase-shifting triggering of high-power modules.
- The workpiece is conveyed by hydraulic push rod. Convey system composed by main drive cylinder, side drive cylinder, side door rising cylinder, and PLC program control device. Adjust the flow control valve to change the driving speed.
- Workpiece convey can be semi automatic or full automatic. Semi automatic: discharge pusher boat and feed tray need to be moved back to the feeding end by the worker. Full automatic: discharge pusher boat and feed tray would be driven by auxiliary push rod to back the feeding end automatically by the raceway outside the furnace.
- The electric control cabinet is fully enclosed to prevent conductive dust in. Heat exchanger or air conditioner is equipped to the cabinet, to reduce the work temperature and then improve the reliability of electrical control system.
