Steel Belt Reduction Furnace

Performance & Characteristics:
- Furnace body consists of reduction section, slow cooling section, and cooling section. Length of each section can be customized to requirements.
- Roller seal on inlet and outlet to achieve good sealing and small air consumption.
- Furnace chamber of reduction section is made from 0Cr25Ni20Si2 heat resistant metal. Driving steel belt material is Cr17Ni17 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti.
- Heat preservation material of reduction section adopts high quality heat resistant fiber blanket which can bear 1250¡æ.
- Furnace temperature control adopts imported P.I.D intelligent instrument, to control the heating power by zero-crossing or phase-shifting triggering of high-power modules.
- Cooling section adopts water jacket cooling method. When the water temperature exceeds the set value, the cooling water flow would increase automatically to lower the water temperature.
- Steel belt driving system adopts stepless speed regulation by imported frequency converter, to guarantee stable running.
- The electric control cabinet is fully enclosed to prevent conductive dust in. Heat exchanger or air conditioner is equipped to the cabinet, to reduce the work temperature and then improve the reliability of electrical control system.
