Mesh Belt Steam Treatment Furnace

Performance & Characteristics:

Furnace body consists of one–zone pre-sintering de-oiling section, three-zone blackening section and air cooling section. Heating section has totally 4 temperature zones.
The equipment consists of furnace body, mesh belt driving system, temperature control system, and atmosphere (steam) system.
Furnace body composed by feeding section, pre-sintering de-oiling section, blackening section, air cooling section and driving system.
Mesh belt running speed can be adjusted by frequency converter, equipped with the digital display speed measuring device to read the mesh belt running speed directly.
Steam heated in the furnace to achieve supersaturated steam.
It has uniform furnace temperature. Magnesium chloride would form on the parts to achieve good compactness and uniform hardness.
