Full Automatic Steam Treatment Furnace
Performance & Characteristics:
- Furnace chamber is made from 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.
- Heat preservation material adopts high quality aluminium silicate cotton, and the electric heating adopts ribbon or filiform alloy, convenient to maintain.
- Unique hot wind cycle system guarantees uniform temperature on the furnace.
- With water jacket cooling fan and furnace cover, to control the heating power by zero-crossing triggering of high-power modules. Temperature control is divided into 2-3 zones from up to down, to make the furnace temperature uniform. Over temperature alarm system is equipped to send out sound and light alarm signal when furnace temperature exceeds the set range, and cut-off heating power supply.
- The independent control cabinet can be controlled nearby or centralized in the control room.
- It has uniform furnace temperature. Oxide film would be 5-8mm on the parts to achieve good compactness and uniform hardness.
- Temperature, pressure, and steam flow all can be controlled by PLC program, with digital displayed on the touch screen, convenient to control. 31 process curves can be stored.
- The production process does not require manual adjustment.
