Mesh Belt Sintering Furnace

Performance & Characteristics:
- The equipment consists of furnace body, mesh belt driving system, temperature control system, and atmosphere control system.
- Furnace body composed by feeding section, pre-sintering section, sintering section, slow cooling section, water cooling section and discharging section.
- Mesh belt drive system composed by high temperature resistant mesh belt and driving device.
- Mesh belt running speed can be adjusted by frequency converter, equipped with the digital display speed measuring device to read the mesh belt running speed directly.
- Temperature control system consists of thermocouple, and digital-display PID controller and thyristor, to form the close-loop control system for automatic precise temperature control.
- Flow of the protect atmosphere is displayed on the flow meter, which can be adjusted to technique.
- Cooling water temperature can be controlled automatically by electromagnetic valve.
- Heat preservation materials adopt high quality and high temperature fiber blanket, with good heat preservation and small shell temperature rising.
- Preheating section uses heat resistant metal furnace chamber (muffle), sintering section uses silicon carbide rod, and furnace shell sealed up.
- Mesh belt material is imported SUS314 heat resistant steel.
- Electric heater is located on upper and lower of muffle, easy to repair and replace. Flow of protect atmospheres can be adjusted manually.
- Furnace temperature control adopts imported P.I.D intelligent instrument, to control the heating power by zero-crossing or phase-shifting triggering of high-power modules.
- Over temperature alarm system is equipped to send out sound and light alarm signal when furnace temperature exceeds the set range, and cut-off heating power supply.
- Mesh belt driving system adopts large roller drag or roller pressed to drag. Stepless speed regulation by import frequency converter guarantee stable running.
- The electric control cabinet is fully enclosed to prevent conductive dust in. Heat exchanger or air conditioner is equipped to the cabinet, to reduce the work temperature and then improve the reliability of electrical control system.
